Upcoming Retreats

“I come here to listen, to nestle in the curve of the roots in a soft hollow of pine needles, to lean my bones against the column of white pine, to turn off the voice in my head until I can hear the voices outside it: the shhh of wind in needles, water trickling over rock, nuthatch tapping, chipmunks digging, beechnut falling, mosquito in my ear, and something more—something that is not me, for which we have no language, the wordless being of others in which we are never alone.”

It’s simple, yet so profound to pause and give yourself an opportunity to connect, be present and feel grounded. As busy women–especially if we’re also mothers–we often don’t make time for self-care and self-love. Life can be so full and overwhelming and we can feel so isolated. We are so busy with the day-to-day, that we do not get time to recharge.

We welcome you to join us for a day of mindfulness, connection and renewal. This is an invitation to give yourself time to tend to YOUR needs, an opportunity to reconnect deeply with the earth, and be amongst an intimate group of mamas who can relate to the joys and challenges of motherhood.

During this day long retreat, we will offer invitations to practice gratitude sharing, set intentions, support you on a solo experience, as well as create space for you to share your emotions and stories and be witnessed. Through various ecotherapy practices, we will give you the tools to have greater clarity and to feel more grounded and joyful.

"Kiea is educated, capable and has a vast knowledge of the natural world. She is kind and intuitive and brings a wonderful positive attitude, strength and a deep respect for her clients ... she guides her participants carefully and safely with sincere trustworthiness and understanding."
