Weekly Sessions
Weekly individual and group nature experiences. Practices include mindfulness, sensory awareness, plant foraging, sit spots, ancestral skill building, and gardening. You will learn skills to decompress and slow down, while deepening your connection to yourself, others, and the natural world. A variety of weekly sessions will be offered throughout the year. Do you dream about making time to get out of the house, connect with other like-minded moms, and spend time in nature, but the days keep slipping by?
You are embarking on a transformative journey into motherhood and you were not meant to do it on your own. I invite you to pause, take a breath and honor yourself in this moment. This group is designed specifically to empower, validate and support mothers on this powerful journey of becoming a mom.
We will meet weekly in nature with an intimate circle of mothers and your babies.
You will be invited to learn mindfulness practices that will help you to feel grounded, supported by the earth and our community, as well as tap into your innate gifts. I welcome you to give yourself this opportunity to feel more connected, nourished, and alive! In this space, you will begin or continue to establish core routines, such as a sit spot practice, skills which will help you during challenging parenting moments. I believe that when mothers heal, our community heals.
